MVP Consulting & Development
What is an MVP and why do I need one?
An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is the smallest version of your product that lets real users react to it - not a demo, not a prototype, a working thing someone can actually use. It exists to test whether your idea is worth building further before you spend months and tens of thousands of dollars finding out the hard way.
How much does MVP development cost?
Typically $6,000–$30,000 depending on your market and scope, confirmed after a free scoping call - see our market-specific pricing for the USA, India, UK, Germany, France, Israel, Spain, and Saudi Arabia on the MVP Development hub.
How long does it take to build an MVP?
A focused MVP takes 7–14 days for the Clarity Sprint plus first build phase, with most full builds completing in 4–9 weeks depending on market and regulatory requirements. Unscoped projects drag to 6+ months - we keep scope tight from day one.
I'm not technical - can you still help me?
Yes - most of our clients are non-technical founders. We handle the scoping, design, and development; you focus on the business and the users.
What's the difference between MVP Consulting and MVP Development?
MVP Consulting is scoping and strategy - figuring out exactly what to build and why, before committing money to a build. MVP Development is the actual build itself. Many founders start with consulting, then move into development once the scope is locked.
What if my MVP build has already stalled with another developer?
That's what MVP Rescue is for - we audit what exists, give an honest assessment of what to keep, fix, or rebuild, and get the project moving again instead of starting over from scratch.
Do you build AI-powered MVPs?
Yes - AI MVP Consulting scopes and ships AI-powered products specifically, cutting through the hype to build the actual AI feature your product needs, not a generic wrapper around an API call.
Fractional Integrator
What is a Fractional Integrator?
A Fractional Integrator is a part-time executive who fills the Integrator seat in a company running EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System). They run the weekly Level 10 Meeting™, own the Scorecard, and hold the Leadership Team accountable to quarterly Rocks - without the cost of a full-time COO hire.
How is a Fractional Integrator different from an EOS Implementer®?
An EOS Implementer® teaches your Leadership Team the EOS® model and facilitates quarterly sessions over a roughly two-year implementation. A Fractional Integrator sits inside the business week to week, executing the plan between those sessions.
Who typically needs a Fractional Integrator?
Companies already running on EOS® with no one owning execution day to day - the Level 10 Meeting™ drifts, the Scorecard sits unread, and Rocks stall after the quarterly offsite.
What does a Fractional Integrator engagement cost?
Typically $2,500-$6,000/mo in the US, £2,000-£4,600/mo in the UK, €2,200-€5,200/mo in Europe, or A$3,200-A$7,500/mo in Australia, depending on company size and scope - see the full breakdown on the Fractional Integrator page.
Is this the same as a Fractional COO?
Closely related but not identical. A Fractional COO can operate without any specific framework. A Fractional Integrator specifically runs the EOS® toolset - Level 10 Meetings™, Scorecard, Rocks, V/TO - inside a company already committed to that system.
